Q-tag® CLm doc –
Benefits
■ Data can be read without
software via USB
The data saved by the Q-tag CLm doc can be read
entirely without software via the USB port and
electronically documented. With the help of the
electronic signature, an eventual tampering
with the original document can be detected
immediately. Quickly and user friendly!
■ Archiving and management of the
documents
Thanks to the easy to generate ASCII or PDF/A
files, all data can be automatically
transcribed into an easy to read report without
the need for external software. The unique file
type can be adapted to link with an existing
ERP system to automatically connect temperature
information with order files. This eliminates
steps in the communication process to improve
data retention, and reduce cost. The electronic
file can also be sent by e-mail to anyone
requiring the information. Cost saving
organisation!
■ Individual alarm
programming
Up to 5 different temperature and time alarms
can be set between -25°C and +50°C. These are
individually adapted to product or customer
requirements. Customised control!
■ Date and time
display
The Q-tag CLm doc irrevocably shows the exact
time and date of the occurrence that a limit is
exceeded. Traceability of an alarm event is
available at any time by pressing the INFO
button, so that important conclusions
concerning accountability are immediately
apparent. Incorruptibly correct!
■ Display of the extreme
temperatures and duration of
overshooting
The significance of any temperature limit
violation can be seen at a glance, even if an
alarm is not triggered yet. During use, extreme
temperatures and time out of temperature can be
observed for each limit. All relevant
information is available at any time.
Appropriate measures can be initiated and taken
immediately. Ready at all times!
■ Accurate measurement of
temperature and time
The Q-tag CLm doc is a highly accurate
electronic temperature monitor. It is 100%
calibrated and has a measuring accuracy of ±
0.5 °C. The temperature measurements are made
every minute over the entire monitoring time.
Even if an alarm limit has been exceeded and
the Q-tag CLm doc already indicates an alarm,
it accumulates all additional temperature limit
violations and shows the total time on the
display. A built-in quartz crystal is
responsible for accurate timekeeping.
Precision according to NIST standards!
■
Price/performance
Despite all its diverse information and high
quality standards, the Q-tag CLm doc is a very
cost-effective system. No further software
costs and report can be adapted to any existing
format including your own ERP system. TheQ-tag
CLm doc helps you in cutting down your
monitoring costs within your entire cold
chain.

Examples of ASCII- and
PDF/A-Files
After
the Q-tag CLm doc has been successfully
connected to the computer using a USB
port, it creates an ASCII file that
can be shared for further use (e.g. e-mail,
database, ERP
systems,etc).
Free-of-charge software checks the ASCII file
and converts it into a PDF/A
document. All the relevant information
can be seen clearly and in
detail:
